Privacy
Effective July 12, 2026
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Apron, LLC ("Apron," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oregon limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the website located at apronqsr.com (the "Site") and Apron operator accounts (together with the Site, the "Service").
This Policy does not apply to personal information of job applicants submitted through an employer's application portal. Applicants apply to the employer identified within the portal; that employer is the business responsible for applicant information, and Apron processes such information solely as the employer's service provider, as described in the Applicant Privacy Notice presented within the portal prior to application.
2. Information We Collect
Site visitors. The Site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. We measure Site traffic using Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track visitors across websites; it provides us aggregate metrics such as pages viewed, referring site, country, and browser type. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; when your browser requests a font, Google receives the standard technical details of that request, including your IP address. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, maintains standard server and security logs, which include IP address and browser and device information.
Account registration and trials. When account registration is available, creating an account or commencing a free trial requires your name, business name, email address, and sign-in details, together with a valid payment method. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; Apron does not store complete payment card numbers.
Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to create and administer accounts; to process subscriptions, billing, and payments; to deliver service communications, including one-time sign-in codes and notifications; to respond to inquiries and provide support; to comply with applicable law and legal process; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Apron, our users, and others.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose personal information to service providers that perform services on our behalf under contract, currently including Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, and email routing) and Stripe, Inc. (payment processing); to our professional advisors; to governmental authorities where required by applicable law, subpoena, or legal process; and to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site sets no cookies. Site traffic is measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which operates without cookies, device storage, or cross-site tracking; because it stores nothing on your device, no consent banner is required or presented. The operator administration console uses strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie that maintains your signed-in state. If cookie-based analytics or similar technologies are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated before their use.
6. Applicant Information
If you applied for employment through an Apron-powered application portal, the employer named in that portal is the controller of your information. The Applicant Privacy Notice, presented before you apply, describes the categories of information collected (including interaction information, such as timing, recorded to protect the integrity of the assessment), the purposes of processing, retention, and the means of exercising applicable rights. Requests concerning an application should be directed to the employer; you may also contact us at privacy@apronqsr.com and we will route your request to the appropriate employer.
7. Retention
We retain account and related information for as long as the associated account remains active and thereafter as necessary for legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Applicant records are retained on the employer's behalf for a limited period and are purged on a defined schedule.
8. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, restricted and logged access, and one-time email sign-in codes in lieu of stored passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we engage in neither). To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@apronqsr.com. We will verify your request as required by applicable law and respond within the timeframes the law prescribes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and their adult representatives, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. Application portals enforce the minimum age applicable to each position.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
